Q: Do you have an age restriction for the treatments?

A: We only accept female customers who are over 18 years old.

Q: Can I have an aromatherapy treatment if I am pregnant?

​

A: You are able to have an aromatherapy treatment if you are pregnant, however we are not currently accepting pregnant customers.

Q: Can I have a massage treatment if I just gave birth or if I have an infant to look after?

​

A: We recommend only having massage treatment when you are fully recovered. We are not accepting women who are breastfeeding as the oil could have an impact on babies. However you can book in a 1-1 bespoke oil blend consultation with us if you have an infant to look after that is not breastfeeding.

Q: Can I have treatment if I have cancer or other serious illness?

A: Please contact your GP before you book a treatment with us, for health and safety reason, you will need fill out a disclaimer form before the treatment.

Q: Can I have a treatment if I am on my period?

​

A: We recommend avoiding massage treatments during the first three days of your menstruation cycle as the oils may affect individuals on different levels. However you can still have a 1-1 bespoke oil blend consultation with us, by inhalation or applying the oils on the body to reduce any discomfort.

Q: Can I share my customised blend from the 1-1 bespoke oil blend treatment with other people?

A: The customised blend we created in the treatment is for your personal use only. The blend should not be used on others.
